Chauncey's main dining room has expansive windows that look onto tranquil views of the lake, lawn and gardens. The Executive Chef, Frank Rette, uses fresh herbs from his garden located on the grounds.  The Chauncey Bar & Lounge offers casual fare, beverage service and billiards in a lively bistro atmosphere overlooking the outdoor patio and pool.
