Day Meeting Package (DMP):

Our Day Meeting Package (DMP) is a daily per person, per day charge.  that includes:

Chauncey can connect you with team building organizations to create events to promote teamwork, strategic thinking, organization, delegation and  problem solving. ​ 

SOME LOCAL CULINARY CHALLENGES 

Cheese Making: Learn the basics of using rennet to turn milk into cheese in a mozzarella-making demonstration. Stretching a sweet, tender curd into your own fresh mozzarella balls. Depart with some fresh mozzarella, cheese making information and recipes to use at home. 

Local Farm Tours: Just down the road from Chauncey you can learn about our local farms including food production, farming and respect for nature.  You can even visit a real working farm. 

Cupcake Challenge:  Participants design and decorate their own unique cupcakes.  Whether you're working solo or in teams, the goal is to showcase your imagination, presentation skills, and sweet tooth!
